Size exchange

You can exchange an unworn item for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to request an exchange

Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange the exchange.

Delivery charges for exchanges

The customer pays the delivery charge for a size exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only when a replacement is not available. Approved refunds are paid back within 7 working days by a method we agree with you.

Not eligible

Items bought on sale, and items that have been worn, washed or altered.
